The sister-site to "The Beauty Department", and Talk Beauty to Me, The Single Girls Guide grew out of the author’s insatiable addiction to shopping for great deals on products she loves; beauty, fashion and fashion accessories. Trained in clothing design, she was drawn to the subject at an early age.

The Single Girls' Guide to Great Shopping is published by Debbie Burgin. Originally from the UK, Debbie moved to Canada with her family as a child. She now resides in beautiful British Columbia (home of the 2010 Olympics) with her own family.
